These Terms of Service govern your use of the Velissya online store and your purchase of products from us.

By accessing our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You may use this store only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the operation or security of the store, misuse the checkout process, attempt unauthorized access, or use the store in a fraudulent or abusive manner.

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. Colors, appearance, and packaging may vary slightly depending on lighting, screens, photography, manufacturing tolerances, or product batches.

Product information provided on the store is general information only and is not medical advice.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, inventory problems, or shipping restrictions.

If payment has been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be returned in accordance with the payment method and applicable law.

Prices, discounts, taxes, and shipping charges are those displayed at checkout at the time of purchase. We may change prices for future orders at any time.

Shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Velissya products must be used according to the instructions and warnings provided with the product or on the store. Stop using the product if it causes unexpected discomfort or irritation.

Nothing on the store is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

The Velissya name, site design, graphics, photographs, written content, logos, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

Our store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, advertising, and fulfillment services. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velissya is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the store or products where such exclusions are legally permitted.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the store at the time of your order will apply to that order, subject to applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply based on your place of residence.
